I read two SF books by this author long ago--Nightrider, and Fire Lance--and enjoyed them, though he has pace problems, this David Mace fellow. but when he lights it up, it gets lit. I always wanted to read Demon-4, even just based on the cool title alone--so I decided to acquire and experience. now comes the experience part. let's see what the first novel by this didn't-stick-around-long author from (mainly) the 1980s can serve up.
